Asian languages like Korean are impossible to translate well by machine. If it was possible, wouldn't you think that there would be loads of them by now? It is not that you have not found a good one yet, it is that such a thing cannot exist. The languages have many incongruencies between them, and just inherent bases of communication that make anything but a human's efforts in translation, in some sense, futile.

The biggest and most overbearing hurdle in translation is the fundamental difference between English and Korean: Korean is an implicit/contextual language while english is explicit (everything is said). You cannot translate by machine a language that is implicit to one that is explicit. It is just not possible. That is to say, you cannot expect a machine to fill in all the details on its own, because as stated, Korean language communicates contextually, much is not said.
