ok i all ready know that people have been converting ruger 10/22's into g36c's but what i want to know is how to make one more accurate without gluing the gun into the stock. the stock fits snugly to the gun but the accuracy these people have been saying is a 1 inch group a 25 yards. how would i make that better?
Update:oh the stocks these people are using to convert there ruger's are JG airsoft gun stocks off broken air soft guns. they gut the gun the slide the ruger 10/22 inside.

There has to be a rock-solid mount between the stock and receiver. This goes for any firearm or even a toy.
Really, a one inch group at 25 yards is not very accurate, unless it's strictly free hand shooting.
I have a Winchester ,22 rim fire magnum that will shoot that good at over 100 yards, bench rest, and also a .32 cal, traditions black powder that holds less than 1/2 " at 50 yards, again, bench rest.
Try your 10/22 with bench rest and let the barrel float, don't hold the gun down by the barrel, and see oif accuracy improves.
