Answer:
1) When I'm in a situation where I feel like I'm too tired to do anything, yet I know that I have to do it so that I won't disappoint others, causes me distress. Situations that bring me eustress however, are when I experience a fun challenge, or when I watch movies that makes me feel a rollercoaster of emotions.
2) I consider the first situation as distress because it gave me negative effects, and the second situation as eustress the situation brought a positive effect on me.
3) Having to much eustress might turn into distress, and too much distress might turn into eustress if not managed properly. I can overcome these situations when the stress feels too much by writing in a journal. Writing things that you are grateful for each day has a positive impact to your mental health. So instead of focusing on the bad things which causes me stress, I write in a journal all the things I'm grateful for so that I can focus on the positive things in life.
