I am really overweight, im 81kg and my target body is 60kg. I am really 85kg but i do starting diet it's okay even any foods that are there you need to eat it but only less even if it's a full of fats and cholesterol. For minors, don't do fasting diet it will give you stress and it will harm you're nutritions. Only Adults must do fasting diet. But even you are a minor and you're doing diet you need to eat these foods.
vegetables, legumes and beans. cereals (including breads, rice, pasta and noodles), preferably wholegrain. lean meat, fish, poultry and/or alternatives. milks, yoghurts, cheeses and/or alternatives (children under 2 should have full-fat milk, but older children and adolescents can have reduced-fat varieties)
