Answer:Some brain cells are hard to see under microscopes because there is little in contents of most cells and they consist of 70%of water and they impede the passage of light rays.Thus, most cells in their natural state, even if fixed and sectioned, are almost invisible in an ordinary light microscope. One way to make them visible is to stain them with dyes.
