what can i say about jason diet is, it is not healthy since he only eat bread and water and he do hard training it can't support his body by the energy ye intake. what can i suggest is that he can also eat vegetable because they are rich in rich and also and the amount of carbohydrates intake because even though he will add its dosage he can burn those carbs too and turn it into energy since he is undergoing physical training and exercises.
