You cant drink seawater because of the presence of bacteria and the fact that seawater is too salty. What that person can do is get a fabric that can absorb dew (something like clothes) and place it on a stick upright and wait until its early in the morning to collect the dew and drink it. Another method is to filter the seawater using cloth filters but that doesn't remove much of the salinity and bacteriums present on the seawater.
