Answer:
Some ways to cope with stress for me is to listen to any kind of music because I feel relaxed when listening to it. I sometimes take breaks or time to unwind such as reading books or watch funny videos. I take a moment to take care of myself and my body physically and mentally by meditating, eating, drinking water, and exercise. Eating healthy and getting some sleep help for me as well. Sometimes, I talk to people such as my friends, therapist, or family members for advice.
