QUESTION:
What do you think of President NoyNoy Aquino?
ANSWER:
For me I think aquino introduced reforms on the Philippine education program by introducing the K-12 curriculum by signing into law the Enhanced Basic Education Act in 2013. This added two years to the basic education system; which became known as the Senior High School stage.
EXPLANATION:
He became vice president of his family’s Best Security Agency Corporation in 1986, the same year that his mother was named president of the Philippines after her opposition party successfully charged incumbent President Marcos with voting fraud. Aquino left the company in 1993 to work for another family-owned business, a sugar refinery. Finally, in 1998, he made the move to politics as a member of the Liberal Party, serving the constitutional maximum of three consecutive terms as a representative of the 2nd district of Tarlac province.

Answer:
He is not the ideal president material… but I must admit he had some real solid achievements for the PHIL, whether I like him or not…. he had guts defending PHIL sovereignty.
Some say the economy boomed during his term, which others tried to refute by saying it’s because the previous administration… I also saw a whole lot of nasty comments attributed to his mistakes.
HOWEVER, from what I have seen and experienced due to my work (oil related) and business affiliations…
Compared to the terms of Ramos, Erap, GMA, PNOY, and Duterte… oil smuggling was at it’s lowest during the term of PNOY, and at it’s highest during the time GMA, but Du30 is quickly catching up now. My heart goes out to the poorest who are being deprived of the much needed tax collection. I must admit he did the greatest feat in keeping oil smuggling at it’s lowest compared to the rest…
