My great grandma's old charm bracelet had an old Nederl Indie coin on it. But I can't understand the back... it looks like Arabic or something?
This is what it looks like....

The coin is a 1/4 Gulden from the Netherlands East Indies (modern Indonesia), and it contains 0.0736 troy ounces of silver currently worth about $1.25US. The coin has the following retail values: $1.50US in VF-20; $4US in XF-40; and $8US or more if uncirculated. Arabic translation is not my expertise, but I will continue to try for a bit.
i searched around and it is the language of malay with the arabic script used at the time and it is just in words how much the denomination of the coin.... seems like in the outer sides of it that it is also in the Javanese language...
