Non-sloping forehead, deep-set eyes, straight nose, thin lips and square jaw. In other words, pretty much square & severe, like a hatchet.
It means YOU UGLY...
THere's a character called hatchet face in the Johnny Depp movie Crybaby and boy... she sho is one ugly biatch
I think it means people with long,narrow, sharp features,
rather "severe" looking people.
It means being a cheapskate!!
