COMPLETE SUBJECT
A complete subject is mainly also a subject but it also includes the modifiers and/or additional descriptions such as adjectives and articles. It is usually composed of a group of words or even a dependent clause and it doesn't act the subject as only one word.
Examples
The simple subject in the sentence is shirt but the complete subject is the blue shirt. "The" is an article and "blue" is an adjective in which it describes the color of the subject.
The simple subject in the sentence is car but the complete subject is a moving car by Kylla. "A" is an article and "moving" is a verb in which it describes an action of the subject. "Kylla" is an objective noun which receives ownership of the subject.
