What is a programming language?
A programming language is a set of words or characters (that could form a word) that when you put it together and input in a special software (like a compiler), once compiled, it will understood by the computer and execute the written words. The written words are called syntax or codes which are written sequentially by the user. Each word are equivalent to instruction and this instruction can be followed by the computer if there is no error or wrong in the commands. In other words, a programming language, is a set of commands written by a programmer to be encoded in the computer. The computer will read it, understood it and execute the command in a form of output or display. Each programming language has a way of style in their codes, depending on the level and the type of instruction you are writing.
