Walk. Even in small spaces, walking around or walking on the spot, can help you remain active. If you have a call, stand or walk around your home while you speak, instead of sitting down

It is important because its the 2nd most things needed this time of pandemic to make us healthy.
We can still be fit if we follow the following instructions:
- Eat fruits and vegetables every day.
- Exercise at home if you cant go outside
- Keep your body clean and healthy
- Do household chores
