Answer:
he or she is the best teachers ever
Answer:
Someone who is a good balance of funny and relaxed, but is not a pushover. There's a certain point where students get out of hand, and even if the student is me, I want them to be able to discipline a class or student as necessary. Overall, a teacher who:
Sets boundaries. Draws the line in the sand, will warn you when you get too close, and will act as necessary when its crossed.
Is experienced and well versed in the subject, and can include many real life experiences or instances where the subject being taught can be used.
Knows when to cut the class some slack. If it’s the first day after exams week, PLEASE do not dive right in. As a highschooler, the time it takes to recuperate after a week of intense test, cramming, and final projects is a bit long. 1 or 2 days is not going to cut it. Talk about yourself, your experience, a few units you're excited about, and get an idea of how much students already know.
If you're going to sit the disruptive kids next to the smart ones, make sure the smart kid has tough skin and quick wit. Otherwise, you'll never get an assignment done that wasn't copied from the smart kid, after being teased and peer pressured.
If a few kids are being loud and unruly, don't hold the ENTIRE class back. Every student does not deserve to be punished because of a few individuals, and you've just guaranteed that every kid in there is going to have a bone to pick about it
