Reframing our thoughts often means we are expressing or voicing out our thoughts or feelings differently than before. The reason why this happens is that we had a reevaluation or reconsideration of that certain subject in mind. We might find ourselves reframing our thoughts because we found something different about that subject we have in mind.
For instance, when we meet a person for the first time, we often judge them with our first impressions. However, as we move on and become familiar with this person, we start reframing our thoughts about him or her. We begin to realize this person is not who he or she was when we first met him or her.
Reframing our thoughts change over time. After all, we are still growing and moving in this life. To share an experience, I once reframed my thoughts about a certain person. I thought this person was kind but as I began to fully know them, I realized that they were not the same person they portrayed themselves to be when we first met. Reframing our thoughts is a result of changing or changes. It can be positive or negative and it is really up to us how we view things.
