Nothing. Doxie is just a nickname for Daschund.
Same thing! Some people just called them a doxie as a shortened nickname.
There isn't a difference. Doxie is just a shorter version of Dachshund. They're wonderful little dogs.
there is no difference. People shorten Daschund to doxie.
Doxie is just a shorter name
No distinction in any respect. Dachshunds, Doxies, and Dachsies (as they're oftentimes referred to as by employing those exterior of the U. S.) are each and all the comparable breed - the Dachshund. Then of direction there are the continuously time-honored "Weiner dogs" and "Sausage dogs." each and all the comparable element!
its another name they call dachshunds... its more common to call them hotdogs or doxies in the US... sometimes theyre even called weiner doggies... hahaha. hope this helped!
