From what I understand, a "Blue Dog" Democrat is a conservative who is registered as a Democrat, typically a southerner who remained Democrat due to tradition but tends to vote Republican because he/she is conservative.
I'm a registered Republican who never votes Republican anymore, and there are many like me, kind of the reverse of a "Blue Dog" Democrat. What would such Republicans (like me) be called? Or is there no term for such people?
