We had two weeks of teething issues when completing our first project and I originally started CC’ing my business partner Tom in on the emails I was sending to the tech support team to ‘keep him in the loop,’ but in fact I was going against everything I tell our clients. All I was doing was distracting him and myself unnecessarily.
